Welcome to our platform. By registering for an account, starting a free trial, or subscribing to our Service, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the platform (the "Service," which includes our website, web dashboard, and mobile application). The Service is owned and operated by Raksha Jesrani ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Description of Service

Our platform is a client-side personal financial organizer and subscription reminder utility. The Service allows you to upload financial transaction statements (such as CSV or PDF files downloaded from third-party apps like Google Pay or Paytm) to parse, view, and organize your transaction data locally on your device.

2. Client-Side Architecture & Data Ownership

• Local Processing Only: You explicitly acknowledge that all processing, parsing, and visualization of your financial data happen entirely on your local device (browser or mobile application).
• No Server Footprint: We do not upload, view, store, or back up your financial files or transaction histories on our servers.
• User Responsibility: Because your data is stored locally, you are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your device and backing up your local files (e.g., exporting your data to CSV or HTML). We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, clearing browser cache, or deleting the application.

3. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

• 14-Day Free Trial: New accounts are eligible for a one-time, 14-day free trial to test the Service. No features are restricted during this trial period.
• Yearly Renewal: Following the trial, continued access to the Service requires a paid yearly subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on an annual recurring basis.
• Subscription Reminders: As part of the Service, we will use your registered email address to send automated alerts when your subscription renewal or due date is approaching.
• Cancellations and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Payments are non-refundable, and you will retain access to the paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Acceptable Use & Account Security

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the email address and credentials used to log into the Service. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Prohibited Actions: You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass the licensing systems, subscription gates, or local storage structures of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

Our Property: All software, code, user interface designs, text, and graphics created by us are our exclusive intellectual property.

Third-Party Trademarks: The terms "UPI", "Google Pay", "GPay", "Paytm", and related logos are registered trademarks of their respective owners (such as the National Payments Corporation of India, Google LLC, and One97 Communications Ltd). Our use of these terms is strictly descriptive to indicate compatibility with file formats and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

• "As-Is" Basis: The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• Not Financial Advice: The insights and structures generated by the local parser are for informational and organizational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.
• No Liability for Data/Finances: We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses, incorrect data calculations, file corruption, or security breaches on your personal device.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, India.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by sending an email to your registered address or by placing a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
