Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 15, 2026
We value your privacy above all else. This Privacy Policy explains how our platform (the "Service," including our website, web application, and mobile application) handles your information.
Our core philosophy is simple: Your financial data belongs to you, stays on your device, and is never seen or stored by us.
1. Information We Do Not Collect (Financial Data)
Unlike traditional fintech apps, we operate on a Zero-Server Footprint model for financial records.
- No Document Storage: When you upload transaction statements (CSV, PDF, or other formats) downloaded from third-party apps like Google Pay or Paytm, these files are processed entirely within your local browser or mobile device memory.
- No Server Uploads: Your financial transactions, statements, balances, and history are never transmitted to our servers, cloud storage, or any third party.
- No Financial Tracking: We cannot view, read, or analyze your income, expenses, or financial behavior.
2. Payment Reference
If you purchase a subscription, our third-party payment gateway processes your payment. We only store a secure status token indicating whether your account has an active paid subscription.
3. Data Processing and Technology
- Client-Side Parsing: All file parsing, insight generation, and data visualization happen locally on your system using client-side JavaScript / native code.
- Local Storage: Any data you choose to save within the app is stored strictly in your device's local secure storage or your browser's IndexedDB. If you clear your browser data or uninstall the app, this data is permanently erased.
- Data Export: You retain 100% ownership of your processed data. You can export it as a CSV or HTML file to your local system at any time.
4. Data Security
Because your financial data never leaves your device, it cannot be breached from our servers. You are responsible for securing your personal device and downloaded files. For account data (your email and subscription status), we implement industry-standard encryption and security protocols to prevent unauthorized access.
5. Compliance with Indian Regulations
This policy is designed to align with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of India. Since we do not act as a data fiduciary for your financial transactions (as we never collect or possess them), your financial privacy is absolute by design.
6. Third-Party Disclaimer
Our Service is an independent expense management and reminder utility. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), Google Pay, Paytm, or any banking institution. All product and company names are trademarks of their respective holders.
